Shipping & Order Fulfillment Policy

  1. Lead-times: We usually have all items in stock and typically ship all orders within 24-48 hours. We will email you if there are any delays.

  2. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout: If you desire an exact quote and/or expedited shipping please contact us at sales@getper4mance.com

  3. Shipping methods and delivery times: We ship ground with three major carriers: UPS, Fedex and USPS. US shipment delivery times range from 1-5 days. We may require signature for proof of delivery.

  4. International shipping: We ship internationally to all approved destinations listed at checkout. International delivery times range from 1-3 weeks. Purchaser is responsible for all duties, taxes and import fees.

  5. Missing/Lost Packages: Please contact us immediately at sales@getper4mance.com for any missing or delinquent deliveries. Any claims will be filed by Per4mance Development LLC.
