Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for all installed products to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. The customer may return the product for a full refund or credit towards another Per4mance Development product.

 

If the purchaser requests to return new, unused product for convenience, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs are not refundable.

We allow order cancellations for a full refund as long as the order has not shipped. Once tracking information is loaded, the order will be considered as shipped.
